The staff were quite helpful when I asked for more blankets and they provided excellent service during my late check-in. I encountered issues with the room key that sometimes required multiple attempts to work. the hallway was quite chilly, and carrying luggage to the second floor was challenging without an elevator.

The outdoor decks offer a pleasant view, but visibility between units can be a bit too open for comfort. The A/C in the room works like a charm, keeping things cool even when the temperature outside heats up.
The long trek to Tim Hortons for breakfast was less than convenient, especially with the need for daily voucher pickup. The second-floor suite had no elevator access, making it a workout for anyone carrying luggage, especially families. Room decor feels outdated, with hospital-green walls and stained furniture. Noise travels easily throughout the hotel, so expect to hear the early risers in the morning. The pool looked inviting but had leaves and debris floating about, which wasn't ideal. the hotel has that tired look and feel in desperate need of a facelift.

The room was pretty clean and spacious, but I had to change from the upper floor due to steep stairs. The ground floor room was much better. the fridge didn’t get very cold, which was a bit of a letdown. I did sleep okay despite the hard bed. The decor felt outdated, though it was nice having a kitchenette.

great comfort but slightly far from the action
The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was of high quality. I appreciated the personal balcony with a view of the mountains. it added a lovely touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the entire room was impressive, and I enjoyed the plentiful toiletries provided.
the location was reasonable but a bit far from main attractions.

The staff were friendly and helpful the WiFi was good for working on my laptop. The location was super convenient being so close to the ferry and downtown touristy area. A mall with grocery and drugstore right across the street was a nice touch.
Everything was perfect.

Comfortable bed but major cleanliness issues
I enjoyed a comfortable bed during my stay, and the staff were quick to assist with my late check-in. I was disappointed to find mold in the bathroom and stained couches and carpets throughout. For the price I paid, I expected much better conditions.
